Make an appointment at any location by phone or using our online form. We welcome walk-in appointments for X-ray and offer same-day appointments for CT scans and ultrasound at some locations.

Request an appointment using our online form and our scheduling team will contact you within 24 hours. A prescription or written request from your referring provider is required for your diagnostic imaging exam.
