Medical Imaging Physics Lab

The Medical Imaging Physics Lab (Jambawalikar Lab) focuses on medical image acquisition technique improvement, using physics and engineering concepts as well as analysis for clinical translational applications. There is a strong collaboration with clinicians and radiologists on many of these projects.  The overall goal is to improve pathology detection by developing explainable imaging biomarkers using multiparametric imaging and artificial intelligence.
