Access Patient Results

  • Columbia healthcare providers can access reviewed and finalized reports in Epic within 24 hours.
  • Physicians from outside facilities with access to Epic Care Everywhere can access results through Epic within 24 hours.
  • All other referring physicians, please request access to our physician portal. Results are posted within 24 hours.

To request results by phone, please contact medical records for the office where the exam took place.

Tours and Virtual Info Sessions

We welcome in-person visits to any of our locations to learn more about our services. We also provide virtual information sessions with our diagnostic and interventional radiologists. To request a tour or virtual info session, please submit our information request form and one of our physician liaisons will follow up to schedule.
