Overview
Dr. Agata Stancato-Pasik is an associate professor of radiology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center and an associate attending physician at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. She has 30 years experience as a body imager and 18 years experience in breast and musculoskeletal imaging. She is experienced in many aspects of musculoskeletal imaging—including sports injury, soft tissue and bone tumors, spinal imaging, and peripheral nerve imaging—as well as musculoskeletal interventions such as joint injections/aspirations and soft tissue and bone tumor biopsy. She has a particular interest in musculoskeletal (MSK) ultrasound and ultrasound-guided procedures.
Dr. Stancato-Pasik earned her MD degree at New York Medical College in Valhalla, New York. Her internship training was completed at Saint Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center followed by a residency in diagnostic radiology at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She is a member of the Society of Skeletal Radiology, the American Roentgen Ray Society, the American College of Radiology, and the Society of Breast Imaging.
